Default Best Rebuild

I have a question for all the civic fans here. If you were going to rebiuld a older junk 1989 and up civic and turn in a sexy beast. What model and year would you use and why? I want a complete tear down a redbuild job. Just want 2 see what every one ithinks is the best looking and running model??

Do a 1989 CRX. Those things are so light, they wont only look good, but they'll go like s***

personally like the shape of the 92 - 95 models myself, get the 1.6 model and lighten it and it wont be that shabby on the speed either

I'd get a 88-91 Hatch they make good project cars. I just picked up a 89 hatch to build up really easy to work with and modify.

i'd stay away from the 4th gens... they're notorious for rust, so either you tear it apart to discover it's rotted through the subframes, or you have to do so much filling it's not even funny.

5th & 6th gens it wasn't as much of a problem
