Yup, my 83k mile D16Y8 in my car is toast

all the oil leaked out and it completely lost oil pressure and now #2 cylinder has 0 compression

Sorry i just had to vent... kind of

Actually its going to get rebuilt with new rings, new seals, new clutch (not sure what to get), new timing belt and new everything so i'm happy about it lol..

Any clutch suggestions?

Man that sucks. That engine had a short life. Did the previous owner and/or you drive the hell out of it? lol 83k is pretty young for a Honda. Well I guess it gives you the excuse to buy a swap or something.

Well, it still runs, but only on 3 cylinders, hopefully it's fixable...
I wish i had the money for a swap.. but i dont..lol

I honestly thought you might need it. Don't understand what that has to do with fallatio.
EDIT: I thought you were looking for a Y8, my mistake. It was a Z6. I still don't understand why men want other men to give them oral sex though?

only 83k and it blew, that is a very short life for a honda motor. sounds like it was not taken care of very well. well good luck with the rebuild.

look like the rear main seal was leaking but it ran out of oil out of nowhere because i had checked the oil level the day before that happened and it was normal...

My sis blew her engine from low oil. Stupid. But you live and you learn. At least it was'nt your fault, you checked the oil. Im surprised a seal was leaking..hummm..I should go check my oil.
