Ok, I am starting a new e-commerce website specializing in aftermarket Honda Civic performance parts. For those of you that buy parts on line what drives you to purchase from one site versus another. Price, Support, Content, Free shipping, Web Forum, So on so forth. Any input would be very much appreciated.

free shipping, price, and customer support...i love sites that have free shipping...and for price you dont have to be the cheapest but dont be the most expensive...and finally nothing ticks me off more than a business your trying to purchase stuff from wont contact you after you asked them a question...those r just my thoughts hope it helps

what first gets me is what the site looks like. For instance if it looks like it took 5 minutes to put together im not gonna waste my time and take a chance with their parts. Then i look for the prices of the products and free shipping is a major thing for me
