Default Buying this car in a few days

My last car (98 ex civic) was stolen last month, luckily it was found after 2 drunk rednecks totaled it, now they're in jail ^^.

So insurance paid me for it and I'm buying a friend at works 99 si.

I only have 2 crappy pictures from my phone, but I'll get more asap. Perfect body, inside looks brand new still.

Paying $7500 for it.

Mods:
Full Greddy exhaust
dc sports headers
v2 cai
stage 3 clutch (incase i ever put 600hp in this baby, haha)
lightweigh flywheel
16" (i think) black rota wheels, brand new tires
short shifter
forgot what suspension, but it rides very smooth
camber kit
cf lip
mugen valve cover
not sure what headlights he has on them (someone tell me =] ) lol
What's the name of what he did to the back bumper? does it do anything at all, lol
vtec controller (will probably sell and pick up a chipped ecu or something)
nice cd player
type r shift *** lol
fog lights

I was hesitent about getting another honda, but I was hired at a honda dealership so good discount on parts, free service
and check out the old 4wd civic to the left of it ^^

also, do you think I'll be able to beat a 94 300zx n/a (little brothers) It wasn't too much faster than my ex, but I'm hoping the si will be able to take him =|

no idea what that is on the bumper. headlights could be of numerous brands, to hard to tell just by looking at it. i figure u'd be pretty evenwith the 300zx, maybeget him by a nose, unless its modded.

I still have to go to the bank and all that to buy it, but i'll have more pics in a few days

about the bumper, idk what it is, it's like a carbon fiber insert that has holes in it...

I've seen a few cars with them, i think it just slightly helps aerodynamics, if any at all, lol

after researching I found out it's called a rear bumper diffuser
it says it helps by..
[ul][*]Increase Wind Flow[*]Allows air to travel through the rear bumper reducing wind drag[/ul]

Don't believe everything you read. Next thing you'll want to buy an electric supercharger... LOL

I don't necessarily believe that it helps that. I'm sure it does slightly and I wouldn't even notice a difference.
