A/C Vibration to Steering Wheel

RE: A/C Vibration to Steering Wheel
what do you mean its vibrating? If it only does it when your car is idling it means you idle is too low to pull the AC and the engine is on the verge of stalling. If not, then I dont know what it could be.

RE: A/C Vibration to Steering Wheel
I have a very similar problem on my 95 ex 1.6L...
I do experience lots of vibration in the cabin while the A\c is on.
However I also notice that with the A\C on, I have a VERY sluggish start from a complete stop however the RPM's do go up... Once I get moving however the A\C does nto seem to affect the power of the vehicle...
I would love any suggestions to this...

RE: A/C Vibration to Steering Wheel
well let's see if we can help eachother then...
I just purchased this car, so I haven't done a lot to it, but here is what I have done since I bought it:
change spark plugs (bosch platinum 2)
oil change
changed 1 of the seprentine belts( power steering to crankshaft)
used seafoam to clean out fuel injectorsetc.. (as per the insrtuctions on this site)
new spark plug wires, dist and rotor
One mechanic told me maybe the timing belt, - I'm skeptical
My friend says he thinks the Tranny...
***
I have the Check Engine Light on, - indicating o2 sensor- i've ordered one will change that when it gets here
My SRS light is on
***
If you have anything you would be willing to share, maybe similarities or differences, I'd like to solve this issue...
I have another thread about this

RE: A/C Vibration to Steering Wheel
A/c Takes power from your engine that is why it has such slow pick up from stand still, and also could explain the lower idle. Personally i think A/C is over-rated i don't have A/C all it does is suck gas milage and pick up. Ditch it
