I am a new 2014 Civic owner and member and love the car so far. I was hoping someone could help me with this issue:
The small USB cable in the console box won't connect to my Android Galaxy S5 phone because of the smaller cable connector needed for the phone's jack. I thought I would get a cable at Best Buy (the smallest they have is 4 feet) that connects to the standard USB connector in the car then to the proper smaller connector on the phone, but in the manual it says not to use any extension cable or Hub with the Civic's cable. How can I safely connect the phone? Thanks. Tom
