Default Can't find a fix for it....

I have problems with my cluster. The speedometer does not work. I changed the speed sensors like 4 times and I even bought a new cluster. The new cluster which I just installed yesterday. Only the RPM's, and the temp gauge is working fine. The Speedometer and the fuel gauge does not work. What should I do next?

I checked the cable and it looks to be in place and not damaged. Yeah, I have a 92 civic 4 door. I'm lost and I really don't want to take it to an electrician and spend the money for them to fix it.

For the speedometer problem, check whether fuse 24 or 12 is blown.

For the fuel gauge problem, check whether you have a faulty fuel gauge sending unit located near the fuel pump under access panel.

The fuel gauge was recently working when I had my old cluster on.
