Default Cigarette Lighter plug not working! need some help please!

hey all, i just bought a 2004 honda civic yesterday and the cig lighter plug doesn't function at all. I just checked and replaced the 15A fuse under the driver's dashboard but still doesn't respond. Anyone know what is wrong? Appreciate any help, thanks all.

Test that fuse and make sure that the new fuse didn't blow already.
What do you usually have plugged into your cig lighter? Anything new recently?

I would check the plug on the cigarette lighter. If the previous owner had an aftermarket radio, that panel would have had to have been taken off to put the radio in, and when the radio would have been taken out. If they pulled the radio out, the plug might not have gotten plugged back in when they reassembled the car.
