Aight Well today me and a friend were really bored so we just kinda raced from a park to my house just for kicks ... he has a tiny little toyota tercel wit 15" konig rims and a lowering kit on it... Well his engine is in every meaning of the word "a B1tch" :P so i easily pulled away from him and kept letting him catch back up but on the last street coming to my house i got about 4 car lengths ahead of him than on the turn i slided a lil bit all annoying and he took the turn perfectly cutting inside and jumping in front of me lol i was pissed but yeah it really made me realize how sucky my car handles... he says its prob cuz his rims are so dam wide but still would it make that much of a differance?


Wat should i do to be able to take turns faster???

Yeah we were going to the track next week lol [when i get gas] :P bcuz its kinda far and im amazingly broke lol but i was driving his car and wow it handles amazing compared to mine

 

get some nice shocks and springs, and upper strut bars
it should be a day and night difference.

I recommend KYB AGX struts/shocks and H&R Sport Springs. Also, ebay strut bars, because they're cheap and work fine.

 

I don't want to sound mean, but how old are you again? The reason I ask is because this whole story sounds immature.

-you racing when you know you're going to the track next week: immature
-upgrading your suspension so you can go even faster while illegally street racing: immature

-talking about racing a tercel with springs and crappy wheels: immature

I'm trying to let you see this in another perspective.

 

dude this just made me think of this, and sorry to thread jack, but how sweet would it be if you were super-rich and had your own track in like your backyard (assuming your backyard is huge since you're super rich in this scenario)

 

Lol That would be sick along with a lot of other perks of being super rich :P SUCH AS buying the parts you want when you want lol dam it it'll be a month before i pay back the money i owe to people than that money is going to my paint and an alarm sytem lol

I dont street race it was just we were board as **** and he was folllowing me home so i kept pullin away and lettin him catch up to mess around
