i have a 92 civic hb. it does not matter if its hot or cold or if im driving fast or slow. sometimes there is a clicking sound under the dash close to where all the fuses are. meanwhile the engine loses rpm. when the clicking noise stops it idles around 1.5 to 2. if i restart the car it goes back to normal. any help will greatly appreciated.
