Default Clutch replacement 2004

Good evening,

Info about the car:
2004 Civic Coupe EX 2D
Manual
160k

My clutch has been slipping for a while and I think it's time to get a new one. The transmission is fine. I'm wondering how much I should expect to pay for the clutch and labor. One mechanic told me he would recommend replacing the flywheel as well (not having seen the car yet).

He quoted me $390 for a high performance clutch kit and $250 for labor. Total = $640.

Is this a fair price?

Would appreciate any input.

Thanks!

That's a good price for the whole job but why do you need a hipo clutch? Stock style kits are like $200 bucks.
