I would suggest to raise them up 3/4 of the way on all four sides, install, then put the car on the ground. Then the fun of doing it over and over again intill each corner sits how you want. I think from the ground to the highest part of the curve in the fender is something like 34" for me.
In the pic for my sig, I had 205-55-r15s to give you a quick example. Just barely enough to get 1 finger in the front, and barely enough to do 2 fingers in the back

Uggggghhhh loooooooooooooooooove the stance on that. Not stupid slammed, but very aggressive. Time to paint that front lip if I can suggest the next thing to do.. AFTER an alignment..go get one
EDIT: Looks to be a decent amount of camber in the back. I might suggest for you to look into the rear camber washer trick. I am running two washers currently. Everything can be had from home depot or whatever for a few bucks.
