Coilovers or Lowering springs?
Okay guys so here's my situation, i want to lower my car(stock suspension on 17"s) so i was thinking of buying the skunks adjustable coilovers, but a friend suggested it looks better if i put lowering springs instead, so in case i do put lowering springs how much should i lower it and what kind of strut should go with the lowering springs? I was looking at these:
Honda Civic Skunk2 Sport Shocks / Struts Honda Civic D2 Racing Pro Lowering Springs I'm open for suggestions and opinions. as far as my budget i would like to keep it at the most $500(for now) |
Mines a DD that gets about 40 miles hwy a day
I like the lowering spring...also I'm not a cool race car kid that needs his car 2 inches off the ground, but thats just me. I was on a very strict budget and ended up with Tein S-Tech springs and Koni STR-T struts i'm happy with them |
coilovers are always way better but if you gonna go with lowering springs NEVER buy adjustable ones, regular lowering spring will be way better then adjustable ones
