My 04 civic came with Honda Plus Comprehensive Coverage 7yr/160,000km. Does anyone know if these two items are covered under the warranty?:

1) Stabilizer Link, Left side is loose, it looks like this:

2) DRL light (day light running) light comes on and off. I looked on many civic forums and there's a solution which required resoldering some components on the module to fix this.

Probably the only way to know for sure is to call or take it to a dealer and see what they say.
