So here's the results:

1. 159 PSI
2. 154 PSI
3. 151 PSI
4. 156 PSI

Service manual says should be 135 PSI.

My car has 103,000 miles it.

Why is the compression higher than the book says?

The numbers aren't bad, but they're not phenominal. The rule of thumb is that as long as their not 10+psi different from each other, you are ok.

altitude plays a big role on your readings..............as well as carbon deposits.

Try running some seafoam through the engine or something else that will reduce the carbon deposits. As long as the readings are within 10% of each other you don't have any major problems.
