The muffler would have to be dropped an inch and you have to notch around where the tow hook is.

 

Yes, depending on what type of rear fascia. The tow hook can be adjusted down and notched like stated above. With that large of an exhaust tip, it probably won't look completely right with it just dropped, you'll probably have to drop and cut the lip wider to maintain a good line.
