does anyone know what type of motor an 89 crx si comes stock with?

hey, i just got an 88 crx, but it aint an si, its an hf, i wish it were v-tec, im used to it tho, my last civic wasnt v-tec either

well an hf is the lightest crx produced and it came with multiport fuel injection, so you are one step closer to vtec than those with a dx dpfi car

When my car turns 30 I'm going to convert it to mpfi and burn my dpfi intake manifold. I hate that thing. The CRXs are sweet for engine swaps if it's done right.
