I would have to agree. My buddy and I lifted my z6 out of the back of a truck no problem

So like 300lbs max you think? needing to know b/c of shipping price quotes.

well i have pulled mine yet but so far the head and intake is preaty light... id guess around 30-40pounds and thats preaty solid part of the motor. havent pulled my block out yet tho.... but i dont see the motor weighing much........
and no clue on the tranny.
either way tho if your shiping ya preaty much go by frieght...

what i would do is see how much most shiping is charged.... and go estimated around thier.....

a bare z6 head weighs in at about 30lbs, add an intake manifold and all the other b.s., and you're lookin at around 50. The block itself doesn't weigh much, its mostly the damn crank, which is probably 40lbs alone. Then the tranny has got to be around 70ish. So, I think its probably safe to say 250lbs total, give or take
