Does anybody know how much a d16z6 motor/tranny weighs? No fluids anything or anything in it?

I would have to agree. My buddy and I lifted my z6 out of the back of a truck no problem

 

it is 300 for the motor and maybe 75-100 for the trans

well i have pulled mine yet but so far the head and intake is preaty light... id guess around 30-40pounds and thats preaty solid part of the motor. havent pulled my block out yet tho.... but i dont see the motor weighing much........
and no clue on the tranny.
either way tho if your shiping ya preaty much go by frieght...

what i would do is see how much most shiping is charged.... and go estimated around thier.....
