D17a?

I want to swap in a d17a because of reliability. I don't know the specs of the engine all I know is that some say 140hp and some say 120hp? What's the real specs on it? And is it worth?

You may be leaving off an important number at the end.... But the answer isn't more than 120hp at the crank. I'm sure it's lower at the wheels. The D17 motor is not too desirable.
