IT HAS A DX TRANNY AND MOTOR, I SWAPED IT IN WHEN I FOUND OUT THE DUECHE THAT SOLD ME THE CAR FORGOT TO MENTION THE 3 HEAD STUDS HE SNAPED DURING A HEADGASKET CHANGE. I HAVE AN SI TRANNY BUT I COULD NOT GET THE BELL HOUSING OFF THEY GUY WHO TOOK IT OFF DIDNT KNOW THAT THE STARTER BOLTED TO THE BLOCK SO HE ENDED UP CRACKING THE BELL HOSING TO GET IT OFF. IT WAS FREE SO I FIGURED I COULD TRY TO FIX IT WITH THE BELL HOUSING OFF THE CX TRANNY IN THE GARAGE

AND I DIDNT WANT A MINI-ME COMPRESSION WOULD BE TO HIGH FOR BOOST PLUS VTEC IS SEMI-POINTLESS UNDER BOOST. I HAVE A VORTECH SUPERCHARGER THAT IM TRADING FOR AN ENTIRE DSM TURBO SETUP WITH A 16G I STILL HAVE THE CX EXHAUST MANI SAME AS THE HF I THINK EITHER WAY I CAN MAKE AN ADAPER PLATE FOR IT

I JUST WANTED PRE-TURBO TIMES. I WANTED TO PHYSICALLY SEE THE GAIN, FEELIN IT IS FUN BUT BEING ABLE TO SEE ON PAPER WHAT YOUR HARD WORK GOT YA JUST MAKES IT THAT MUCH BETTER

nobody has any idea if that sounds right or if it sounds slow. also does any1 know any ghetto fab soultions to eliminate or reduce wheelhop other than traction bars. im saving for them now after the track. god it was like i was going offroading on the launch

Well the launch is a big thing, but that still sounds about right for a d series motor. You wont see anything too major until you turbo

WHAT KIND OF GAIN DO YOU THINK I WILL GET REALISTICALLY WITH BOOST ON THIS SETUP 6LBS. ON A ROUGH STREET TUNE. THEN ONCE I GET IT OUT TO THE DYNO SHOP WHAT DO U THINK I SHOULD GET. HP NUMBERS AND 1/4 ESTEMAITES. I DID SOME DIGING AND THE STOCK SI DOES A 16.8 SO AM I RIGHT AROUND 130HP NOW?

i'm not sure about the numbers, but i think you could easily run more than 6lbs of boost since your engine is like completely rebuilt.
