Default Drifter Civic

I have alwys really wanted to do a very custom car project. SO, I was thinking, maybe I could find like a 92-95 civic hatchback and put the engine in the rear of the car! I of course would do all of the fabrication by myself since I don't have that kind of money to pay somebody else. I've seen that one online where the guy did a mid engine conversion to his integra and I thought that it was pretty cool. This would be a future project but I thought that I would give it some thought.

one problem with making a civic rwd to drift, it won't drift. because there would be no weight in the front of the car the understeer would be pretty insane, it would be rediculously hard to get yout rear to swing out.

Oh yeah I guess you're right about the weight thing. I just threw that thought out there without thinking about it... Oh well, it would still be an awesome project to embark on. Just the fact that my car is waaaaay out of the ordinary. I don't see too many mid engine or rear wheel drive civics! A mid engine I would have to imagine would be much easier to convert than a front engine RWD would be.

About the two engines, that would be pretty insane! There would have to be some way to keep them at the same RPM, I know it can be done though since there are twin engine cars, boats, and RC cars out there.

If both of them are automatics it wouldn't matter much...
