I usually give it two weeks before I get worried. Could be a scam, though.

If you noticed that seller has 2 negative feedbacks in the last week. Maybe something happened, but I would've given one more week, then report him. And if it's not fedex/ups there won't be a tracking number.

Because most ebay-only sellers make their money on shipping costs since ebay can't charge them a percentage of the shipping fee or whatever

+1 , i would give it another week before i would report to ebay. some sellers do not give tracking numbers unless you request it.

Using the US Postal service(USPS), you can ship with a delivery confirmation number or a tracking number.
The only difference is that delivery confirmation doesn't tell you how close or far it is getting, it only tells you when it leave the shipping point and arrives at the destination.

Flebay..... never ever used it, never ever will. I like being able to put my hands on something I'm spending my hard earned dollars on.
Plus, I'm not a gambling man.
