Default ECU CODE 43 FUEL SYSTEM

Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot or correct check engine light code #43 on a 1993 civic.

The code stands for "fuel system supply error"

I have replaced the fuel filter, distributor, oxygen sensor, fuel injector relay substituted from another civic.

Symptoms are that after 25 miles or so of driving...light comes on and car begins to idle roughly, then might stall and not be able to restart until car sits for awhile.

any hints would be really appreciated

thanks
