I have a 96 civic ex. its got a d16y7.. I read somewhere the factory p2p-a31 ecu would work but its not running good enough for me. other issues I am having is the iacv. the y7 uses 3 wires while the y8 harness only has 2. I've ordered a p2e-a01. my question is can I use the p2e-a01 with the y8 engine harness? im planning to do a mini me swap eventually, when I get the $$$. so I really don't want to buy another harness, if I don't have too. all the wires on the engine matched up. with the exception of the iacv. and the vetch. I'm thinking ill have to re pin the iacv, but not sure what else. thanks in advance for any help..........
