I read that some of the new Honda Civics have Electronic Stability Control and some models don't. Because this is a new requirement for determining the safest cars, Hondas were not includedin the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety picks of the safest cars of the 2007 model year.
What is this and why would it make the car safer than one without?
