EM2?

im talking to one of my friends about buying his 2002 civic EM2.
but could someone explaine to me what the EM2 actually is?

It's the chassis code for a 7th gen civic (ex coupe I believe).

here's a semi-complete list of Honda's chassis codes

returnless fuel system, vtec e tunned for econemy....

but, put a k swap in it or boost and there pretty damn fun. (im in the process of boosting my 2002)
