Rebuild the engine, your valve stem seals and piston rings are gone.

What kinda engine do you have, if its a d15b7 or d15b(The vtec one) check the pcv valve is in all the way. where is it? simpleallign your self dead center with the car with hood open look directly inbetween intake manifold there is this round object looks likea o2 sensor, if its not that this could be signs alot of things after running your car open oil cap lid and see if thier if white smoke this indicates blow by, means piston rings could be takin a **** etc... just so many things make. also make sure your oil drain plug is in tight.. lol my brother left his alittle loose

Are you getting smoke out the exhaust? If so, what color. If it's bluish in color, your probably will need an engine rebuild to replace piston rings and valve seals. If it's white, it could be a blown head gasket. It it's been maintained as the factory recommends, it shouldn't be burning oil this soon....unless the engine has been really abused and not serviced at recommended intervals.
