Default Engine swap

I'm about to put a new engine in my 2001 civic. Just wondering if anyone had any tips about this. Anything I should know about the computer, like having to reprogram it or anything? I've done lots of older motors but this will be the newest one yet. Thanks

well then it should be a pretty direct swap, the only tips i have for you are, mark all the electrical connections, have plenty of pb blaster handy, as well as a good size breaker bar or impact gun.
