Very crappy man, I almost slid off into a ditch last night at 2am coming back from a party, the roads were really wet and icy. Luckily I was able to keep it under control as she spun.

Yeah, I'm glad nobody (including the car) was seriously hurt... it could've been a lot worse... I was worried about going into the fence. I'm not quite sure how I avoided the thing, but I'll take sliding into a field over putting the car through a fence any day.

You'll be surprised at how easily carbon breaks under the same conditions. It's actually more brittle than non-ABS plastic pieces - just a little bit tougher, is all.

You would've broken a carbon lip as well.

 

well I'm not saying it's stronger, I'm just saying that since I have to buy a new lip, I might as well upgrade to carbon fiber
