finally got me an si
i kinda went opposite to what i use to have(2001 mustang gt) to a 2008 civic 4dr si BLACK but i didnt know it would be that much fun to drive and i came out only paying 375/ month
what are some beginner mods i have options on this is my first honda so im in the dark also i dont want to void tha warranty bc i drive almost 150 miles a day

Congrads on the car. They are fun as hell man. I use to only drive trucks, and always made fun of ' rice '. Now i'm addicted.

Start off with your basic mod of the full intake.
I dont think a muffler will hurt warranty, as it has never effected me.
Short-throw is great, if stick. < better be stick >
Rims and tint. Would be smokin clean.
Other than that, I'm not sure. You could actually ask your Honda dealership what all you can do without voiding it.

i thought it already had a short throw in it atleast it feels like it but who knows but i like the muffler its quiet but loud when you want it......i am definitly getting tint and maybe rims i kind of like the way it looks but things will change

when there's a problem with your car and you claim the warranty, it will void it if it turns out that a mod that you did actually cause the problem. si's are great model for civic, i would begin with appearance mods, like tints and wheels. since i think the si's are perfect as is internally, maybe just I/H/E, although i like the SI exhaust

ya i found a 4dr si that had blacked the si rims with a red ring and i do have to say that it looks badass but im thinking about keeping a silver ring around mine but i havent even owned it a week im just gonna wait awhile maybe when taxes come back
