so I set the *** for cool air down to warm air and turn on the AC??
I did that this morning, opened up allthe windows for 5 minutes and i was still blind
but sun glasses helped a lot... but not enough...

Well of course it would only make sense to keep the windows closed otherwise you are just bring in more moisture. Sometimes if you leave your windows cracked open just a little bit, it helps also. This lets the temperture inside and outside equalize.
Just like in the summer, you have the air on, than park your car. You go to get in it at 10 at night and the windows are all fogged up. Leave the window open a crack and it stays clear as day!

what the hell man ! this is a serious question, i appreciate your help though. but come on im asian and i cant see!!! i know were the rear defroster is but where is the front defroster?

Assuming you're serious, on the heater control panel, you need to move the **** or lever to the defroster icon. It is a wedge shape (representing the windshield) and 3 wavy lines (representing warm air hitting the windshield). Air should come out of the vents right under the windshield now instead of the panel or floor vents.
This is all in the owner's manual for the car, if you don't have one it is worth getting one from the dealer.
