Default Gauge Cluster Swap

So I have a DX with the garbage no Tach gauge and just bought an ex cluster that has 196XXX miles on it and my car has 150XXX. Is it going to matter that it won't be the true mileage like getting the car inspected or sold or no?

Take a pic with em next to each other for proof for future people, or dealerships will put a sticker on the door of the actual mileage on a car if they ever need to do a cluster swap. So the dealer would put car had: 15xxxx on 2/4/11 and somethin like new reading is 19xxxx on a sticker they have. Call them up if you want it to be that legit, but most people would/should believe you if you have proof from the actual cluster to the new.

I would contact your local auto tags store to see if anything needs to be done.

Probably will be no problem because everyone swaps gauges and has no problem.
