Ok, so i just bought myself a eg sedan. i like it, and i'mma prolly mod it a bit.

but, i have found a '91 Hatch w/ a lil bit of rust, w/ a 4-speed transmission. guy only wants like 800 for it. JW what kind of investment it'd be if i did decide to pick it up...

 

you can have the 91 hatch as your weekend project, fixing it up to run and look like new again. and you can also mod it, engine swap, boost. or use it as your daily driver and mod up your sedan. or you can see what parts are still good and part it out, only if your sure the parts that are good is worth more than $800.

 

If you have $800 and have the time/money/space for a project car, I'd say go for it. To tell you what you'd be spending (I personally wouldn't call modding a car an "investment" lol), I'd need to know what plans you had for it.
