how do the civic hatchbacks drove and ride in snow? i have an oppurtunity to buy a 1990 stick shift hatchback and would drive it in the winter so my 2000 ex coupe does not have to see snow anymore.

All I can tell you is I have a '91 hatch and it does just fine in the snow as long as you have some decent tires. I don't mean you need expensive snow tires just not old tires. My tires got old and hard before I ever ran out of tread.

 

yea my 90 hatch does pretty good when I put my steelies on with some decent tires in the winter

 

steelies = illegal?

 

steelies = factory steel rims
