It's all your preference, really. I would do them both at the same time, or if you can only afford one at a time, just save up until you can buy both. And I'm sure you already know this, but don't cheap out on exhaust.

you get what you pay for definitely applies. if you cannot afford to do the major 3 at the same time (i,h,e) i would do exhaust first, just a preference i spose.

A glasspack muffler will be loud, annoying, sound a little off on a civic, and will drone like hell on the highway. Trust me, I had one before I switched it out for a magnaflow chambered muffler.

Basically, a glasspack muffler relies on fiberglass packing (hence the name "glasspack") to muffle the sound; it doesn't kill off as much sound as a resonating or chambered muffler, so like I said, it'll be loud and annoying. Think Apexi N1 when you think of glasspacks.

As far as the exhaust, I'd recommend 2.25" piping, an actual resonator, and a twin-loop muffler. Incredibly quiet while keeping a nice deep growl.

yah dont ruin ur car with a glasspack bro, those sound better on trucks, hot rods, mustangs and camaros, etc. not on civics...dont scratch the itch until u can afford both the headers and the exhaust...thats what i gotta/have to do
