Help a girl out...

RE: Help a girl out...
Good call. Thanks for the feedback all. I saw a few other pictures and the right side seems to be nothing major. Replace a fender here, all better... What someone said about the engine swap concerned me...
Oh, and the guy says he has to sell it because he needs the money to geet back custody of his child... He said that what he'd do is all cosmetic... I dunno...
Looks like $1200 is the going price. It'd be a daily driver too... Oh, and my first stick.

Well, it seems he's actually coming to my house over a hundred miles away. The clutch is brand new and the engine has 14,000 miles on it after rebuild. Anyhow, we may have come to a term with it... $1600. Would any of you go for that? Someone said they thought the engine compartment was dirty... Well, it is seemingly cleaner then expected. And I also need your help... I have pictures and will ask there!

The questionable side.
My main concern right now is the fact that the side rear fender is smashed. The previous owner slid into a pole in the rain. Anyhow, can you experts tell me if this appears to be only the fender or frame damage as well? I could care less about the skirts or the fender in general as I am going to be putting my own kit on it... Thanks.

Edit: Sorry for the gi-****in'-ormous pic..
Edit 2: The engine was professionally done, motor wise. The guy said his friend has done several motor swaps before this one and everything was correctly done. He was concerned on that too.

Man, I retracy my earlier statement... that thing really looks like it needs a bunch of work. I'd be skeptical paying anything for it. It's going to need a bunch of work to be right again.
