I was woundering.. if i swap a 96 civic hatch wid a type R engine.. how fast is it gonna hit in a quarter mile? and is the gas gonna be a lot?

 

Do you have any experience swapping engines..?

 

Thats a big job I think. You don't see many K20's in an EK body!

 

Which motor?
B16b R
B18c R
K20 R

The B16 drops right, you can go to the dealership and get SI motor mounts 99-00
The B18c also drops right in but you have to mix match the mounts from the intregra and si civic
The K20 is by far the best, but also the bigest pain in the @$$ and cost the most.
Now the 1/4 mile i dont know, but iv seen a K20 Type-S in a EK and just was sick.
The sec best would be the B18c because of the trans.
