I got about $9,000 to spend on a car all i want is a honda with a good amount of hp and looks so what car year and model should i get?....thanks alot your helping a lot

 

i am really leaning towards a civic si or a prelude si

 

id say 99-00si civic. only downfall is that MOST SIs are theft recovery or rebuilts. which isnt really a bad thing is repaired properly with correct parts!
either way before you buy run some carfax reports and inspect the cars really good for any damage or replaced parts that dont belong.LOL

 

99 Prelude SH. You will have more hp then a civic si.

 

i would choose the 99-00 si's. but theft is pretty high for these car.

 

If your going Honda for that price i'd say prelude. or a Civic Si

i believe 92-96 "VTEC" has more HP though

 

Yea but the 99-01 look way better then 92-96, at least IMO. But i also though the 99-01 pushed an even 200 10 more hp then the previous gen

 

yea, i thought so too. i looked on wikipedia to double check what i thought though and it said 184hp for the 99-01 SH
i think wikipedia is f'd up, you're right it's 200hp

 

Hah what can I say, I'm always right :P But yea 184 hp doesnt sound right at all.
