Exclamation HELP! siezed up n f***ed up

so my engine siezed cuz im an idiot. ok now that thats outa the way, i need some help. im guessing at this point that i need a new bottom end, block, oil pan, crank, rods, pistons, and rings and my top end should be fine. any pointers or suggestions. the engines prolly gunna be a pull-a-part special cuz my funds are lacking so i gotta wait for the k23 that i want so dearly. hah. but if anyone knows a good deal on rebuilt motors, salvages, anything like that id apprietiate it cuz i need a running car in 2 weeks. thanks again guys!

If you want to do a simple re-build, I have a K20z1 short block which was pulled due to low compression sitting in my storage area.

2000 civic ex 5speed coupe. d16y7 i believe. id like to add more umph but again funds are lacking. and after doin a lil lookin around i think an entirely new motor would b easier than trying to replace the shot stuff on my current motor. so basicly price, nothing crazy, more power, ease of installation, and something i wont have to constantly tinker with are the most important things

Stock in the EX would be the D16Y8 VTEC. The D16Y7 non-VTEC (found in the DX, LX etc) can be made into one by swapping the head from a Y8. If yours seized due to lack of oil, the head may still be good like you were thinking. If it was lack of coolant / overheating you probably need a whole engine.

it was def an oil issue. my question is how out of reach would an si motor or a gsr motor be? cost wise and installation wise. (boost is out of the question.) i was thinkin a gsr motor would be easier to attain and more cost efficient, my next question is motor mounts and wiring harness. if this is my d.d. would it be more of a hassle than its worth by tryna stuff a 1.8 under the hood if im only planning on bolt on mods. i dont want 300hp, 200hp would be PLENTY for this car. im planning for a twinturbo 5.2l stroker 1.5uzfe lexus build for next year. this will be my first all out engine swap, i will have help but honestly guys my budget is around 700 bucks and i wanna get the most outa my money and get this done fast.

$700? You're better of looking for a D16y8 replacement motor.

For example, I'll give a quick price guide for a GSR motor to be swapped in
-motor and trans - $1500 at the very least
-mounts - $250 ish
-axles - $200 (?)
-shift linkage $100 (?)
-ECU - ~$100
-wiring should be easy enough as B18c1 uses pretty much the same sensors as a D16y8
-exhaust work since the manifolds are different
-timing belt/water pump/tensioner/clutch/rear main seal - $400 (something I would do for a new motor since you do not know the condition of these parts and they are a hell of a lot easier to replace when the motor and everything is apart.)

Probably a lot more, but I am too lazy to go into even more detail. Swap info is out there.

Yeah no way are you going to put a GSR or B16 in there for 700. I would just replace the D16 that's already in there. An LS is a cheaper option, but I'm fairly sure a full swap would probably still be over 700$. Someone else who knows prices better than I do should be able to let you know for sure.

d16y8 replacement it is. now to locate one with as low of miles as possible. what are somethings i should check for or update to help this motor last as long as possible, besides adding oil this time. lol. thanks guys!
1 more question- would there be any issues using a jdm motor instead of a usdm engine
