Default HELP! Snapped bolt... what should I do I do?

Just got home from school and popped open my hood to take some brackets off to sand blast them tomorrow. I went to unbolt my radiator holder bracket, I put the ratchet on it and *snap*. Bolt head came right off. What should I do to get the threads out? Drill it out? Please help thanks. Here is a pic.

Go to your favorite parts store and get an easy out and drill bit to match. If you have never used one before, all you do is drill into the center of the bolt that is left and then put the easy out into the hole and turn the easy out until the bolt is out. Buy a replacement bolt.

Alright, I'll probably end up snapping the other bolts on the AC bracket too, anyway to really take em out without snapping? Nothing is going to really happen driving how it is now though right? You can move the radiator back a little bit but it isn't going to harm it driving for that for a day?

That appears to be rusted too badly to have any hope of backing the bolt out with an easy-out. You're going to have to drill through completely. Fortunately it is in a place where you can put a nut on the bottom. Or re-tap it to an M8.

The other ones douse them thoroughly with WD-40 or PB Blaster, etc. Try to get some on the threads on the other side of the welded-on nut. Then wait at least a day before trying to turn them. Still no guarantees.

Try to use a small drill bit to drill out the remaining bolt. Be careful because the drill bit may break. You may get enough out to pound it out with a flat center punch with some reinforcement below the core support surrounding the bolt hole. The rad bracket is large enough to cover any blemishes if you are careful.
