IF ANY ONE KNOWS OF A GOOD PLEACE TO FIND A HIGH OUTPUT ALTERNATOR AT A DECENT PRICE I WOULD LOVE THAT !!!! PLEASE HELP ME OUT CAUSE I WANT TO DO ALOT OF **** TO MY CAR ELECTRONIC WISE. SO I NEED TO UPGRADE THAT LITTLE 70 AMP TO AT LEAST 130 AMPS.

Hey man I dont think you need high output alternator I m not to sure what you are doing but just get one size bigger for systems and also you can get a capacitor. hope that helps

I've heard they make some good alts for a good price. I think the smallest they make is like a 200amp alt and that should be more than enough for a loud system.

 

high output alternator is a good idea. I got a rockford bd1000.1 amp with 1 infinty 12........a 2.5 farad cap, and at idle ill get slight dimming. If ur going to run HIGH wattage go for the alternator. Do some research thou, im pretty sure u cant just "drop" in it...........ull most likely have to upgrade some fueses, otherwise $hit mite start blowing............oh and its prolly going to rob some HP too.
