HONDA CIVIC HB CX vs VX vs DX

RE: HONDA CIVIC HB CX vs VX vs DX
The best would probably be the vx or dx. However, just to clarify something, you know that a honda is not meant to be a race car, right? Of course any car can be made to take a corner, and go faster, but if you want to go real fast this isn't the right car. The most horsepower any EG or EK civic came out with (in canada) is 127hp. In the states, it's 160hp. Those are from Si and EX versions. Vx, Cx, and Dx hatchbacks were the lower model hondas, and were built for economy. If you want a more "race" inspired hatchback, you can find a Si Hatchback in 92-95, which comes with sunroof, power options, and a more powerful engine, and has a better base for building something more powerful.

Im pretty sure you don't want to mod a VX. The VX is made to save gas, the engine was made to be beat on. Of course, you could swap and use the shell. But hey, your choice.
And whoever said hondas aren't made to race?!
