I believe there are 4 bolts that hold the headlight/headlight housing to the radiator support. You have to take off the front bumper to access the last two.

i found a new way i need to lay a wire for fog lights and where i want them is blocked by my window washer fluid and break fluid containers and that would make it much easier to do it but i found another way thanks to the plasic by my tire is ripped i will run a wire hanger up to pull the wires where i want them to be so i didnt need to take the lights out after all
