How shall I proceed......
Ok so background bought a good project '95 vx hatch with a d16z6 swap--not done right...i got a new wire harness for it which brings me to my first question....
-Will hooking up the right wire harness allow me to have the Vtech work correctly?? what would the best way to do the hook up??--plus i have a correct chiped computer allows no govenor etc and cautions when i plug this thing in?
Also I am wondering where to go from where I am at now so far....
-coil-overs
-Si rims
-E-reverse glow white face guages
-sunpro tach
-Getting right now the '97 civic center councel put in
-ram air intake of course
-Y8 valve cover
-Fiber glass hood
-Neuspeed front strut bar--its attached to the upper control arms
All I can think of as of now
Looking pretty much to have a nice reliable car that is quick in the turns and would be competitive in autocrossing...Since i plan on doing it this summer for the first time .....
So I would like to hear your ideas I dont have to much money but hopfully will once i take my other car up to the junkyard and settle this court thing with this kid who isnt paying me for the car he bought so might be getting 400 soon and other $$ through odd jobs ive been doing for people working on their cars etc....
So yea would like to see what you think
thank you
John
Pics ....need to update with white face guages and center councel and fixed front end....

RE: How shall I proceed......
Right, right...sorry.
as for where to go next, look at addressing your exhaust system. DC or Megan Racing headers are good. Mebbe a Magnaflow high-flow cat and a decent cat back exhaust. Look to the WS2 and the ex mag for quiet ones, and N1 style for louder ones.
also might want to think about strut bars all around.

RE: How shall I proceed......
^lol, initially when I got into the civic world I thought that the "VTEC", "HONDA", and "[H]" v/c's were all different. Then I came to learn that they are all the same except that they have different things written on the top!
You got a nice deal for 500 bucks! Congrats on that!!

RE: How shall I proceed......
thanks and im switching the valve cover for now at least since i like it more plus its kinda stealth lol no one unless they know what engines are vtec will know plus i just like it better not to mention easier to work with when accenting the engine aka painting it and its just something different when i get tired of it ill just swap it again ......but yea anything on where i should go next for the money i have im thinking about going down and scoring a rear disc conversion from a integra or civic from my junk yard cause i hate drum brakes or might if my buddy ever talks to this kid a GSR rear disc set up from a junked tegra......but yea suggestions for anything else?

RE: How shall I proceed......
I would recommend:
Cold Air Intake
Header
Catback Exhaust
NGK spark plug wires
Short Shifter
upper rear strut bar
c-pillar bar
rear lower tie bar
front lower H brace (better than tie bar)
lower the car
umm, body styling, too much personal preferences to give suggestions
HIDs
uhhh, I could go all day. There's so much you can do!!
