im wondering what i can do to it??? it has the stock 12 valve D15A2 (carberated) motor in it. i was going to stick a 1.6L head on it with the intake, and everything else on it. what would i have to do? should i do it??

read the rules...the section u posted in is strictly just for product reviews. such as if u bought an intake for ur 87 crx then u write about ur opinions about it, weather u like it or not, how it performs, fits, etc. its really not for asking such a generalized question that u asked.

 

i didnt buy one.. i was asking an opinion on what i should get. i dont know much about imports. and like i said i got an e mail saying that they moved this message here, i didnt even put it in this section,

 

What he is saying is that your post was moved to THIS section because this is where it belongs. You originally posted in the Product Review section, which is for something completely different. Everything is ok now

Your best bet is to search around for "what mods first" and you'll find lots of info

 

i actually put it in the first gen forum,

 

the first gen section is for product reviews that ppl have made about products that go on first generation civics. just take a look at the other gen sections to get an idea of wut the product review forum is about.

as for mods u can do to ur car, im not entirly sure wut is best for carborated motors but most ppl like to start off with intake, header and exhaust. all of which are fairly cheap and easy to install urself. u'll get minor gains but will probably be happy with the results unless ur very power hungry.
