I'm going to be trading a guy my Skunk2 springs for what he says is an oem bumper and cash. He says it isn't certifit, but how can I be sure? I'd rather not trade the springs for the bumper and $70 to find out the bumper is Certifit and worth $40... He says there's no name or sticker, just what he thinks is a part number.

 

Anyone? I need to know asap before I tell the guy to meet me tomorrow for the 3 hr drive.
