every time i go to warm up my car, (95 civic ex) my idle always seems to go up and down a couple times. it goes to 2000rpm-1000rpm and go back up to 2k then back down. i cleaned out my IACV already that fixed it for a little while then came back. plus when

i turn on my AC, it does it non stop and gets on my nerves! so i turn it off and just ride with the windows down. but i'm gonna need my AC soon for the summer. how can i fix this rough idling?

Replace your IACV. If you cleaned it and it fixed it until it got dirty again, I'd say there's your problem.

my friend said its tthat part next to the iacv. idk wat its called but its a cylinder shape thing, kind of looks like the top part of the vtec solenoid. then a mechanic siad its my TPS sensor...

The TPS can do some weird things when it goes bad, but like I said before, if you cleaned the IACV and the problem went away for a little bit, my bet would be that the IACV is bad and cleaning it helped a little; replace it with a new one and I wouldn't be surprised to see the problem disappear entirely.

you know this guy at the car meet told me to do the same thing on that part... he said a lot of people think its just the iacv. thanks bro for that help i'll clean it out first thing tomorrow mornin. if thats not the case i'll reply back on here. oh btw can that also be the cause of my idle goin from normal down to 550rpm when stopped at a light?
