Default Im a newby

ok so i am buying a new car but the end of this year and i need to do some research. i was thinking a Vonda civic SI and modding it because everything Ive heard about it says its a nice quick car. Im looking for a fast car but im clueless. i was curious if the civic si came in a v6 or is it only inline 4. i was looking to find out what year is the best si for speed.

dont listen to supersize, he is a noob like u heheheehe

No they dont make an si with v6, but you could always swap one in =). Anyways your fastest si will b any of the 8th gen ones. I would never even touch the 7th gen si's cause they are the ugliest things ive ever seen. So imo I would go with either a new 8th gen si, or get a 6th gen si. The 6th gen si's look just like the 99-00 civics, just with a different engine and few other perks. But in all honesty I would never get an si unless it was an 8th gen because the 6th and 7th are way over priced for the power they produce when you could just buy an ex for 2-3k less. Just something to think about, I kinda went all over the place so I hope this post was helpful.

I don't know the specs of the V6 Accord, but I would be willing to bet it's the Civic Si that is faster. Historically, the top model Accord has been more about having a little bit more power than the other Accords while still retaining good gas mileage. The Civic Si of course still gets good gas mileage, but historically the image of the Civic Si is that it is more performance oriented.
