RE: Interior light issue

if from a 92-00 civic the door pins are located on the middle door pillar far down that covers up when the door is closed.... looks like a black rubber grommet...... pull the rubber back from the top and youll see a philip screw... pull the screw out and the door sensor will come out alittle and thier SHOULD be a wire conected to its back.... if not then the wire just came off.... just plug it back in, pop the sensor back inplace and put the screw back... if the wire is unpluged or the screw isnt thier the dome light wont work with the door pin switches...

you could even push a wire into the terminal and then onto the screw hole and if the dome light comes on like normal then it could just be a bad door sensor....
